في حال الرغبة في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الأوردر بحد اقصى
يتم إضافة رسوم شحن إضافية في حالات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع الخاصة باستلام الأوردر.
يشترط أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية تمامًا، بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها، ملحقة بالتيك، غير مستخدمة أو متضررة.
يتم استرداد قيمة القطعة خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام المندوب لها كمرتجع، وذلك عبر إحدى وسائل الدفع المتاحة
(إنستا باي – فودافون كاش)، بعد تدقيق فريق العمل والتأكد من جودة المنتج.
و نوصي دائمًا بمعاينة الأوردر بالكامل قبل الاستلام لضمان رضاكم التام.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, the request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, at most.

The item's value is refunded within 30 days from the date the courier receives it as a return, via one of the available payment methods
